The Incredulous Bob Uecker

In a circumstance whereby a person
makes outrageous accusations, credibility and scrutiny become important
factors in deciphering truth and determining validity in accusations.
Bob Uecker falsely accused an innocent person of activities, acts, and
behaviors in a civil action; pressed to have an innocent individual
criminally charged and arrested; then pushed to attain self publicity
and one-sided coverage of his fabrications in the news. His conduct
was unethical.

Bob Uecker calls himself, Mr. Baseball, and in 2005, he
affirmed fifty years in professional baseball. It does not seem authentically
respectful to the baseball world to document the year of your birth
as 1935 within all baseball records, which include all your baseball
cards and your own authored book, then change it to 1934, after close
to fifty years as a professional in the sport of baseball.

The Biographical Encyclopedia
of Baseball documents Uecker’s birth date as January 26, 1935.
It also outlines that while stationed in Missouri with the Army,
Uecker at age 19, claimed to have played for Marquette University
so that he could play on the Fort Leonard Wood Team. Marquette University
never had a baseball team and Uecker never attended college. In
1956, Uecker was signed as an amateur free agent with the Milwaukee
Braves. In October 1967, he was released by the Atlanta Braves.
In 1971, the Milwaukee Team Owner Bud Selig retained Uecker as a
member of the Milwaukee Brewers' Broadcasting Crew. The encyclopedia
does not document or verify if Uecker was working in baseball consistently
after 1967 through 1971. |
Bob Uecker’s baseball cards, as well as his own authored book,
“Catcher in the Wry”, state that his birth date, is January
26th, 1935. Major League Baseball Statistical Records have consistently,
historically documented it as such, including “The Biographical
Encyclopedia of Baseball.”
It seems peculiar that Bob Uecker would list his own birthday on all
sworn, official court documents, as January 26th, 1934. Bob Uecker swore
under oath that his birthday was January 26th, 1934.
Here, under sworn oath, Uecker’s first spoken words begin in
contradiction, an introduction of disparity and incredulousness.

Here
is an example of a court document showing his birth date as 01/26/1934. |
Bob Uecker is renowned as an untruthful story
teller. His yarns have been part of his radio personality
since his early radio broadcasting years, back when dissertations became
a routine, as part of his initial pre-game introductions on the radio.
Telling tales became part of Uecker’s persona.
Those familiar with the notorious story telling
of Bob Uecker would have been reasonably alerted to speculation and
incredibility, especially weighing the obscure absurdity of many of
his claims in an affidavit against Ann Ladd.
Ann Ladd was not harassing, threatening, or stalking.
Uecker was untruthful and fabricated his story. Numerous details and
specifics within his descriptive accounts could have been easily declared
as untrue with reasonable logic and fundamental facts. Bob Uecker prepared
an exaggerated yarn of events and presented a false, sworn affidavit
to support a civil case against an innocent person, then pushed for
an arrest whereby Ann Ladd was placed in a dangerous environment.
It was not ethical. Ann Ladd was the actual victim in this circumstance.
Bob Uecker falsely accused, was untruthful to police, and lied under
oath. Bob Uecker was catered to, by the law, including lawyers, police,
and court officials. He became the controlling force of a legal situation.
The judicial system does not exist for implementing false stories, charges,
or for demonstrating manipulation.
All individuals are entitled to fairness and equality. I was not given
an equal opportunity in terms of justice. There was such an urgent rush
to publicly promote and provide a copy of Bob Uecker’s one-sided
story with a national enquirer-like website agency. Bob Uecker also
pushed to have an innocent victim arrested prior to any civil hearing.
These aggressive acts against an innocent person imply intent and alternative
motivation.
Bob Uecker’s conduct was hostile and unethical
for a baseball professional, who provides a public service to fans.
In his position he represents a baseball organization, the Milwaukee
Brewers, who
are dedicated to enhancing and developing diverse relationships with
the public, which
includes businesses, communities, and fans.
