This is a Milwaukee Police Department Document. It is attached and the report documents that I own a red 2002 Toyota RAV4 and was arrested in my vehicle.
Bob Uecker references the red Toyota description in his fabrications. The police report stated that I was arrested in my vehicle, a red 2002 Toyota RAV4.
On June 22nd, 2006 the titanium silver vehicle shown is this picture was impounded. During the arrest that night, everything was taken from me. I was denied an explanation. I had never been served with any type of papers prior or during that evening. I spent close to seven days in several jails and my vehicle was impounded for over seven days.

This is a facsimile copy of the Harassment Complaint Court Document,
which the Milwaukee Police Department apparently filed and utilized
officially in their reporting. The document displays a facsimile date
of June 5th , 2006.

The Court Document, which clearing displays the case number 06CV005068, shows an actual signature by Court Commissioner Ana M. Berrios signed and dated on June 1st, 2006. A signature of Attorney Andrew Wronski appears on the second page of the document with the same date.
This form also includes an attached affidavit of Robert G. Uecker and of Marti L. Schreier-Wronski. The affidavit was printed from thesmokinggun.com website and filed as an official copy within the Milwaukee City Police Department. This document clearly shows a stamp with the formal case number 06CV005068. It was included in the Milwaukee Police Reports Case File on Ann Ladd. The copy of the file was provided to an attorney on July 12th, 2006, and was part of the MPD police file and forms entered with a reporting date of June 7th, 2006.
The Wisconsin County Court Records show that this Milwaukee County Court Document, 06CV005068, was signed by Sandra K Grady. This request, case 06CV005068, was dismissed without prejudice on June 6th.
I never received the court papers for this case, 06CV005068, but the document was presented as an official Milwaukee Police case file copy, on July 12th, 2006.
