I reiterate that Uecker’s Accounts are not true.

[Uecker’s Affidavit #17]
“ Ladd wrote me again a few weeks ago. This letter was dated
May 16, 2006 and was addressed to my correct Wisconsin address.
It was actually sent to me, however, at Wrigley Field via Priority
Mail while the Club was in Chicago for a series against the Chicago
Cubs.“ |
Brewer Schedule May 2006 / Letter Information

The radio broadcaster’s affidavit can be
easily proved false by showing the Milwaukee Brewers Schedule below,
during May, and US Postal Service Access information below.
The Brewers did not play baseball against the Chicago Cubs during May
2006.

Tracking and Confirmation - Letter Dated 5-14-04
NOTE: The letter was respectfully written with sincerity and professionalism;
purely businesslike. It was
written for the purpose of requesting a few minutes of the broadcaster’s
time to discuss two projects. It included a return receipt document
to easily assist in responding and a self-address envelop with postage.
I merely had hoped to be granted a few minutes of the broadcaster’s
time and briefly outline the project ideas.
The letter was in no manner threatening or harassing. Uecker utilizes
this letter as evidence, but does not
identify what he perceived as threatening or harassing or stalking.
