Item #19 Affidavit – RESPONSE
I reiterate that Uecker’s Accounts are not true.

[Uecker’s
Affidavit #19] “ Despite my use of an alias in making my
reservation, Ladd was successful in locating me at the Westin
and was able to book a room on the same floor where my room was
located. In light of my history with Ladd, there is no way that
this was a coincidence.”
[Uecker’s Affidavit #19] “Ladd
checked in to the pool area on May 29 at a.m. Either she was following
me, or she has been observing me on the road and learned my habits
and schedule, including the fact that I like to swim at about
8:00am each morning.”

Hotel Check-in Information

On Sunday, May 28th, I checked into the Westin early, before noon, and
well before the actual arrival of the Milwaukee Brewers. The Milwaukee
Brewers were in Philadelphia on that date, and I was in Pittsburgh.
The Houston Astros were still in the lobby area of the hotel along with
all their luggage, neatly lined up in the front lobby. I went to the
front desk, and an agent was able to check me into a room before noon.

Copy of the Operation’s Hotel Evidence
Uecker's strange statements are frightening and uncanny to me. He believes
someone to be following him around, observing him on the road. His peculiar
beliefs are imaginarily blended with insinuations about me. These include
bizarre implications of my knowledge of some type of an alias, his schedule,
and hotel room locations.
Hotel Pool Documentation
I visited the Westin Hotel Workout Center as a hotel guest
on Sunday, May 28th. I inquired on Sunday and holiday hours of the pool
and the attendant provided me this document, writing the holiday workout
center pool/sauna hours on the document with the center’s extension
as well.
