Item #24 Affidavit – RESPONSE

[Uecker’s Affidavit #24] “In fact, I have been informed by Major League Baseball Security and other law enforcement contacts that Ladd drives a red Toyota. Although I could not swear to specific dates and times, I have a strong belief that Ladd has driven by and around my home in Wisconsin on multiple occasions. I have observed a vehicle matching that description in the immediate vicinity of my home and none of my neighbors owns such a vehicle.”

Again, Uecker's strange statements sound frightening and uncanny to me. Not only does he believe someone to be following him around, but alleges that someone is driving by and around his home in Wisconsin. Additionally, these peculiar beliefs are imaginarily merged to fabrications about me.

If there is a person driving around Uecker’s home in a red Toyota, it certainly is or has never been me. It is an absolutely absurd claim, and again repeat that it sounds uncanny.
