Uecker and his attorney further utilized outlandish, illogical fabrications
to press for an arrest.

and accusations. It was fraudulently necessary for Uecker to outline
these uncanny tales to pursue
a civil TRO action and arrest against Ann Ladd, an innocent person.

communication between several resources, including Uecker, law resources,
and thesmokinggun.com website. It demonstrates intent and underlining
motive or purpose with the involvement of the immediate next day posting
on a New York based Internet website. The judicial system does not exist
for implementing false stories and charges nor for demonstrating manipulation.
The full intentions behind Uecker’s actions and aggression against
an innocent person should be thoroughly questioned.
The false claims and coverage led to personal and professional negative
impacts. Inaccurate and
expunged information remains posted on the Internet. Ann Ladd lost work
and organizational,
designation and membership. She continues to loose work. This was and
remains a travesty, based
on one person's fabricated story.
